At 6 PM, Santa will make his grand entrance, escorted by the Oxford Fire Department and Johnson County Sheriff on the iconic Studebaker fire truck.

We invite you to decorate your homes or businesses for the Holidays Decorating Contest! We cannot wait to see everyone's wonderful decorations and hope to see the whole town "Lit Up" on December 6th! The voting and announcement will happen during the event! There is a Trophy for the Residential and Business Owners who win!

Introducing Oxford's Costume Closet! Oxford, Iowa, Public Library and the City of Oxford wants your lightly used costumes that you no longer want! In the Holiday seasons to come we will have a Costume Closet for people to come and borrow a costume out of our inventory.

This is where you come in! We need to build up our inventory! If you have costumes laying around of any sizes that you no longer want you can drop it off at City Hall or the Library from Nov 1st-Nov 30th!
